**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Healthcare Eligibility Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Implementing and maintaining eligibility data for benefits, both manually and through automated systems
* Interacting with internal partners and external clients/vendors to manage and resolve eligibility issues
* Generating reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies
* Providing technical support for electronic eligibility processing and troubleshooting system issues as needed
* Ensuring customer data is installed and maintained accurately and promptly
* Collaborating with technical systems teams to resolve system-related issues
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement in managing eligibility cases
* Providing support with manual and automated eligibility processes and reporting tools
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent
* **Work Experience:** Prior work-at-home (WAH) experience is highly preferred
* **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
+ Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues (setting up equipment, navigating systems)
+ Familiarity with eligibility systems, reporting tools, and manual/automated data entry is a plus
* **Soft Skills:**
+ Strong reliability and excellent attendance record
+ Ability to manage routine tasks with minimal supervision
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clearly defined procedures
+ Great interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
**Schedule:**
As a remote employee, you will be required to work the following schedule:
* **Training Schedule:**
+ 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST for 4 weeks (Classroom training)
+ Additional 2 weeks of on-the-job training
* **Regular Schedule:**
+ 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST (Monday to Friday), with scheduling based on business needs
**Notes:**
* The position is production-based, involving calls but not structured as a traditional inbound call center role
* Candidates must have reliable internet access and experience in working remotely
