**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers in the Fife Region. You'll work closely with our clients to ensure that their Coca-Cola products are served at the perfect temperature, every time. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards
* Investigate and troubleshoot issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative in all interactions
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
