**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for coordinating planes on the ground, handling cargo and baggage, and ensuring our ground operations run smoothly. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions
* Work collaboratively with other Ground Operations teams to meet flight departure schedules
* Load, unload, and handle cargo, baggage, and mail as required
* Record and track cargo, baggage, and mail using arenaflex's data management system
* Perform tasks such as stacking, storing, and unloading cargo, baggage, and mail according to a predetermined schedule
* Transport cargo and baggage to and from planes and record relevant information
* Inspect cargo and baggage for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies or issues
* Use jetway steps to transport checked baggage to the aircraft container
* Clean and maintain the aircraft interior, including galleys, lavatories, and other areas
* Perform tasks such as provisioning, loading, and unloading aircraft interiors for flights
* Transport aircraft and cleaning equipment between aircraft storage areas
* Operate and drive mechanical equipment, such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, and de-icers
* Physically move around push trucks and containers
* Work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, wind, and precipitation
* Complete forms and paperwork associated with work tasks, and enter data into arenaflex's data management system as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, operations)
* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or operations role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
* Valid driver's license and ability to operate mechanical equipment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the airline industry or a related field
* Knowledge of data management systems and software
* Certification in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, operations)
* Ability to speak multiple languages
