Integrate your findings and recommendations into comprehensive Category Plans, including optimal SKU assortment strategies, loyalty program enhancements, and special project initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Strategic Execution of Merchandising Activities: Lead the strategic implementation of daily merchandising activities, including off-rack display plans, promotional timing optimization, and performance analysis. Monitor promotional periods closely and take corrective action when necessary to maximize ROI and minimize inventory risk.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams including Inventory Management, Pricing, Promotion, Finance, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Operations. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across these functions to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Sales Record and Inventory Analysis: Analyze sales records and inventory levels of current stock to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges. Use this information to make data-driven recommendations for inventory optimization and product availability.
- Competitive Analysis and Opportunities: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. Identify new competitive opportunities and make strategic recommendations to capture market share and strengthen arenaflex's position in the marketplace.
