**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Conducting calls with representatives to expand the reach of arenaflex and drive business growth
* Scheduling appointments with potential clients, working around your schedule to ensure maximum flexibility
* Becoming fluent in financial products, including obtaining necessary licenses such as Life and Series 6 (with options to obtain Series 26, 63, and 65)
* Training and onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the team
* Developing new hires into key team members, fostering a culture of growth and mentorship
