**About the Role:**
As a member of our Benefits call center team, you'll help people daily by taking calls and actively listening while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and additional employee perks. You'll manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team, and your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our client's success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer incoming customer calls and provide comprehensive resolutions to their benefits-related inquiries
* Manage a steady volume of calls while navigating through multiple systems
* Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to create positive experiences for customers and clients
* Demonstrate natural empathy and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
* Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
* Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
* Great problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively multi-task
* Ability to pass a background check, potentially including Employment and Education verification (in some instances, a drug test will be required, THC included)
* Must be 18 years or older
