Position Overview
This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home office. As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their pharmacy needs. Your primary responsibility is to deliver best-in-class service experience while navigating the complexities of insurance verification, billing inquiries, product information, and technical support.
The role requires a variable schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends to accommodate our customers' needs. What You'll Do
As an integral member of our Customer Care team, you will:
- Provide Multi-Channel Support: Assist customers virtuall over the phone, email, and web-based platforms. You'll handle both inbound inquiries and outbound calls to ensure comprehensive support for all customer needs.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving, owning each issue from start to finish. When clinical advisement is necessary, you'll partner directly with our pharmacists and pharmacy staff to ensure customers receive accurate, safe, and timely guidance.

- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform. You'll help customers create accounts, place orders, manage prescriptions, and troubleshoot common technical issues.
