you will be responsible for the following key duties: * **Conduct Full-Cycle Recruiting**: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various customer service positions within arenaflex, ensuring timely placements and meeting staffing needs. * **Source and Attract Candidates**: Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates. * **Review Resumes and Applications**: Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and skills to determine the best fit for our customer service roles. * **Conduct Phone Screens and Interviews**: Assess candidate fit, behavior, and cultural alignment through phone screens and interviews. * **Coordinate and Schedule Interviews**: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews, ensure a smooth recruitment process, and provide guidance and support as needed. * **Collaborate with Hiring Managers**: Understand position requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide recommendations to ensure successful placements. * **Provide Guidance and Support**: Offer expert advice and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment
