Position Summary

The Retail Customer Service Representative at careerzynith is responsible for delivering outstanding service to every customer while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes greeting and engaging customers, assisting with merchandise selection, accurately processing transactions, maintaining a clean and organized shopping environment, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and ready for business at all times.

Beyond the front-end responsibilities, this role also plays an important part in back-of-house operations. You will help unload deliveries, organize stock, replenish shelves, and transport merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
