If you're looking to make a difference, we're looking for you. **Job Summary** As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional support to customers, internal partners, and external stakeholders. You'll develop and maintain knowledge necessary to provide expected support, understand and maintain measurements, and live our values. This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a home-based setting. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer interactions regarding billing, policy coverage, and policy changes through multiple channels, including phone, email, e-form, chat, and social media platforms. * Accept ownership of requests and provide service to ensure complete customer satisfaction. * Empower customers to take risks and make exception decisions, reviewing situations to ensure decisions are appropriate for both the customer and the organization. * Assist with peer development through information and knowledge sharing. * Learn, embrace, and apply process improvement concepts in daily work, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for change. * Attend scheduled training classes and participate in development opportunities to further expand customer service skills. **Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements** * Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or support. * Basic knowledge and understanding of mathematics (arithmetic, averaging, percentages, etc.). * Demonstrated experience in a customer service environment, including face-to-face service or contact center, retail, insurance, hospitality, etc. * Ability to guide customers to resolution. * If unlicensed, provide proof of successful completion of the AD Banker On-Line Pre-Licensing Course for employee's resident state prior to 8:00am CT the Wednesday before start date or the offer will be rescinded. * Proof of successful completion is: + A score of at least 90% on the comprehensive exam for resident states having this exam in their coursework, and/or + The certificate(s) of completion for resident states requiring a pre-licensing course. * Licenses: + Resident state licensing exam(s) for property and casualty producer licenses within 30 days of hire. + Property and casualty producer licenses for all operating and/or service states must be obtained within 60 days of hire. + Required to maintain current, active license(s) status by continuing education and meeting all state, operating, and regulatory requirements. **Travel Requirements** * Up to 10% travel required, with the majority of time spent working from home (80% of the time, 4+ days per week). **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Primarily home-based role with occasional travel to office locations for in-person engagement activities. * Arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants with criminal histories, consistent with applicable federal, state, and local law. * We're a strong, forward-looking company and a proven leader in our industry. * We're passionate about making a difference and want you to join our team. **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive hourly compensation range: $23.00 - $30.76 * Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and wellbeing benefits * Competitive 401(k) contribution and pension plan * Annual incentive and 9 paid holidays * Paid time off program (23 days accrued annually for full-time employees) * Student loan repayment program and paid-family leave * Access to training and development opportunities to further expand customer service skills **How to Apply** If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth, we want to hear from you.
