Key Responsibilities
As a YouTube Chat Moderator at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, safety, and vibrancy of live chat environments across our partner channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Real-Time Chat Monitoring: Actively monitor live chat streams during broadcasts, identifying and removing spam, hate speech, harassment, inappropriate language, and content that violates community guidelines.
- Community Guideline Enforcement: Apply platform-specific rules and careerzynith moderation policies consistently and fairly, issuing warnings, timeouts, or bans as appropriate to maintain a healthy chat atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications
