Location: REMOTE
Pay: $19.23 to $28.85 depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
(Hours subject to change depending on business needs)
Employment Logistics:
The Facilities Maintenance Administrator provides office, facility, and business support services that enable efficient daily operations to the Facility Maintenance Department. This function ensures processes, procedures, and resources are optimized to support business needs and maintain effective workplace operations. This role uses business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc., receives, screens, directs calls, visitors, mail and email, maintains files, records, calendars and may arrange business travel, coordinate meetings, and/or track expenses.

The Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of related administrative experience with knowledge of maintenance functions and terminology.
- Basic knowledge of administrative support procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Your Mission in Motion:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document organization.
- Answer phones, route calls to vendors, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms and maintain calendars and assist with basic scheduling.
- Prepare simple correspondence, forms, and reports using standard templates.
- Order maintenance supplies, equipment, and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist with mail distribution and basic recordkeeping.
- Follow established procedures and escalate issues as needed.
