Farm Worker
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable farm worker to join our team and assist in all aspects of our farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Operating farm equipment and machinery
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Feeding and caring for livestock
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the farm
- Assisting with irrigation and watering systems
- Monitoring crop health and addressing any issues as needed
- Following all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in farming or agriculture is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment and machinery
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
