FP&A Team Lead on a 6-month fixed-term contract at Busuu (Chegg) responsible for leading financial operations, mentoring a team of four FP&A professionals, and driving efficiency across financial planning, reporting, and cash flow forecasting.
Key Responsibilities: Own and maintain core FP&A models (P&L analysis, revenue bridge, profitability by segment), develop rolling cash flow forecasts and working capital analysis, design FP&A data workflows and KPI dashboards, provide financial reporting liaison between FP&A and accounting, and mentor team members on forecasting best practices.
Skills & Tools: Expert financial modeling and analysis, cash flow forecasting, data architecture and dashboard design, independent judgment on model structure and assumptions, strong stakeholder communication, team leadership and mentoring, and knowledge of FP&A tools and systems optimization.
Qualifications: Extensive FP&A experience with demonstrated expertise in financial operations, modeling, and team leadership; strong background in management accounting, cash flow analysis, and financial data systems; ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
