We're actively hiring Korean-speaking professionals for international opportunities in the UAE.

πŸ’° $1,500 USD paid per successful hire

Multiple hires required with additional projects expected to follow.

Recruiters with existing Korean candidate networks, language communities, university contacts, hospitality networks, entertainment networks, customer service talent pools or relocation experience will have a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage high-quality Korean-speaking candidates
  • Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals and networking channels
  • Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
  • Work closely with DKR's Service Delivery Team and Managing Director
  • Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation
  • Support future hiring projects across Europe, UAE and international markets

Requirements

βœ” Fluent Korean and English (written and spoken)

βœ” Previous recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition experience

βœ” Experience recruiting internationally is highly desirable

βœ” Strong sourcing and networking skills

βœ” Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

βœ” Excellent communication and organisational abilities

βœ” Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology is advantageous

βœ” Proven ability to identify and engage talent within South Korea
