Job Title: Conversion-Focused Funnel Designer (DTC)

We are looking for a meticulous, high-caliber Funnel Designer to join our e-commerce team. This isn’t just about making things look "pretty"—it’s about conversion architecture. You will be responsible for building high-converting marketing funnels that turn cold traffic into loyal customers for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand.

If you have a "perfectionist" streak, a deep understanding of direct-response design, and the ability to turn complex offers into clear, visual masterpieces, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Funnel Construction: Build, launch, and optimize high-converting landing pages, upsells, and checkout flows using drag-and-drop builders.
  • Visual Asset Creation: Design high-quality product mockups, including "spread out" offer bundles, digital product previews (e.g., book pages/ebooks), and transparent PNGs that make our offers pop.
  • CRO Design: Implement UI/UX best practices specifically tailored for mobile-first DTC shoppers to reduce friction and increase AOV (Average Order Value).
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all funnels align with brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of performance design.

Requirements
  • Proven DTC Experience: You have a portfolio of live funnels that have successfully scaled DTC products.
  • Mastery of Design Tools: Expertise in creating marketing assets and mockups (Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).
  • Platform Proficiency: Experience with drag-and-drop builders. While we are platform-flexible, specific experience with Funnelish is a major advantage.
  • Shopify Ecosystem: Familiarity with Shopify page builders like Replo or Gempages is highly preferred.
  • Uncompromising Standards: You have a zero-tolerance policy for sloppiness. Misaligned elements, typos, or broken links are non-existent in your first drafts.

Who You Are
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the pixel that’s out of place and the typo that everyone else missed.
  • Efficient: You know how to work quickly within drag-and-drop environments without sacrificing quality.
  • Strategic: You understand the why behind a landing page layout, not just the how.

Salary: USD $1,200 to $1,500 per month

Note on Applications: We hold a very high standard for this role. Attention to detail is our primary filter; applications with typos or poor design formatting will be automatically disqualified.

How to Apply: Please submit your portfolio link along with a brief description of the highest-converting funnel you’ve ever built.
