JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

We are seeking an experienced and business‑oriented Global Head – Digital & IT to lead and scale our global Digital & IT Services Vertical, encompassing end‑to‑end software engineering, cloud platforms, DevOps, and enterprise/product engineering services.

This is a senior executive leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for defining strategy, driving global revenue growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and building long‑term strategic customer relationships.

The role leads onsite and offshore delivery teams across multiple geographies and technology stacks, serving global clients across industries.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic & Practice Leadership

Technology & Engineering Leadership

Provide enterprise‑wide technology vision, architectural governance, and engineering leadership for the Digital & IT vertical, ensuring scalability, security, and long‑term competitiveness of all client platforms and solutions.
