Job Description:
• Be responsible for managing all aspects of a Media & Entertainment unique client portfolio of global account(s)
• Deliver high touch consultancy and strategy to the client
• Formulate and manage multi-national business plans with the client
• Develop Service Level Agreement for various indicators
• Create and manage budgets and financials
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customer decision makers
• Negotiate client contract terms and manage all contractual terms
• Identify opportunities to use global technology tools and new processes
Requirements:
• Extensive travel industry experience in account management
• Experience implementing and managing large market/ global clients
• Thorough knowledge of business travel management and travel industry technology
• Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
• Experience managing cross functional work teams
• Ability to travel domestically & internationally on regular basis
