They are seeking a Grad Staffing & Operations Coordinator responsible for delivering professional human resource services for the Graduate Engineer and Land Surveyor Program, including recruitment, selection, and staffing, while also supporting Career Pathway Programs and contributing to HR special projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional human resource (HR) services for the Graduate Engineer and Land Surveyor Program (GELSP), including classification, recruitment and selection, compensation, and staffing
- Provide backup HR support to Career Pathway Programs (CPP) staff as needed
- Serve as the GELSP operations coordinator, ensuring trainees receive the necessary materials, documentation, and training to meet all program milestones
- Contribute to CPP HR special projects aimed at developing and refining GELSP personnel procedures, policies, operation standards, and processes
- Serve as a CPP recruiter
Skills
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a closely related field; OR One year of professional (MAPE 05L or higher) experience in Human Resources; OR Two years of technical experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience researching, evaluating, and analyzing information
- Experience preparing and communicating information in writing
- Valid Class D Driver's License
- Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history check
- Experience with recruitment and/or vacancy filling
- Previous experience with collective bargaining agreements and plans, particularly MGEC
- Advanced SEMA4 experience and Recruiting Solutions experience
