Graphic Designer

Apply for this role →

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own static ad creative and email design for a fast-growing DTC skincare brand. You will work alongside an in-house senior designer who handles brand, retail, and website work, sitting squarely in the performance design lane: Meta ad statics, email marketing templates, and any additional creative that supports paid and owned channel campaigns.

This is a production-focused role with a direct response mindset. You need to understand ad hierarchy, know how to design for conversion rather than just aesthetics, and be comfortable producing multiple creative variations at pace. If you have designed Meta ad statics that have actually run, understand why a CTA needs to be placed where it is, and can translate a brief into clean, scroll-stopping creative, this role is a strong fit.

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A portfolio link showing at least 4 to 6 examples of static ad creative and email design work, ideally including Meta ad statics that have run in live campaigns
  3. A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through one ad creative you are proud of, and explaining the design decisions you made and why

Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you understand how performance creative works, can design ads that stop the scroll and drive action, and want to own the paid and email design function for a brand with a strong product and a growing customer base, this role gives you the creative scope and the direct impact to do your best work.
