As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a talented Graphic and Motion Designer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Design print & digital materials: Create and edit offline marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.
- Online visual content: Develop and edit images, graphics, videos, and other visual elements for websites and social media platforms.
- Advertising creatives: Design compelling images and video creatives for advertising platforms (Google, TikTok, Meta ads).
What we’re looking for
Hard skills
- Static & motion design proficiency: Solid foundation in print, digital, and social media design, plus a proven track record in motion design projects.
- Software fluency: Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere; familiarity with additional tools is a plus.
- Technical adaptability: Ability to tailor designs for various formats (print, web, mobile, video) while meeting specific technical requirements.
- Storyboarding & conceptualization: Comfortable working on creative concepts from initial sketches to final production.
- Collaborative workflows: Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing feedback loops.
Soft skills
- Creativity & innovation: Able to generate fresh ideas and experiment with new approaches.
- Team player: Skilled in working cohesively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Organization & time management: Proficient in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining orderly project files.
- Attention to detail: Meticulous in reviewing typography, color, and layout for accuracy and consistency.
- Problem-solving: Strong critical thinking skills to identify challenges and devise creative, user-focused solutions.
- Receptivity to feedback: Open-minded to critique and driven to improve through iterative processes.
Qualifications
- Work experience: 2+ years in a similar role preferred, but a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is more important.
- English level: C1+
- Nice-to-have skills:
- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools
- Photo retouching and enhancement techniques
