We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Dental Support Specialist to provide exceptional administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of dental clinics and delivering outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff, including scheduling and managing dental appointments, follow-ups, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate patient dental records and documentation, ensuring compliance with dental regulations and standards.
- Handle patient communications via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Organize digital filing systems for easy access to patient histories, treatment plans, and clinic records, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for dental billing, pre-authorizations, and claims processing, ensuring accurate and efficient reimbursement.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support a fast-paced dental environment, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, dentists, and support staff, with ability to build rapport and resolve issues professionally.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dental records, insurance forms, and appointment details, with ability to maintain confidentiality and data integrity.
- Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and general office applications, with ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and workflow is a strong advantage, with ability to apply knowledge to support dental professionals and clinic staff.
