<li>Assist clients in understanding their health plan benefits and options.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.</li>
<li>Review and process benefit inquiries and claims accurately.</li>
<li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to resolve benefit-related issues.</li>
<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health plan policies and regulations.</li>
<li>Educate clients on preventive care and wellness programs.</li>
<li>Document interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems.</li>
<li>Support team initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.</li>

<li>1-3 years of experience in health insurance or benefits administration.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of health plan benefits and regulations.</li>
