As a HiFi Guide & Live Chat Agent at careerzynith, you will serve as the critical first point of contact for our customers seeking real-time assistance through our live chat platform. This is not a generic customer service role. You will operate as a knowledgeable audio consultant, qualifying customers who are interested in selling their high-end gear, identifying shoppers who require specialized one-on-one attention, and expertly scheduling follow-up appointments with our senior HiFi Buyers and experienced HiFi Guides.
You will provide expert guidance on high-end audio products, address nuanced technical inquiries with confidence, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects our unwavering commitment to quality, authenticity, and service excellence.
