We’re looking for a top-tier video editor to partner with our marketing team long term. This role will focus on creating high-performing paid ad creatives + engaging organic content across social platforms.
This is not just editing, we want someone who understands what makes content convert, hook attention, and scale.

What You’ll Work On:
• Paid ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Organic social content & series
• Founder-led / talking head videos
• UGC-style and native platform content
• Campaign-based video assets
• Light motion graphics, captions, hooks, and pacing

• Strong portfolio of paid ad creatives + short-form content
• Deep understanding of hook → retention → conversion
• Ability to edit fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos
• Experience with UGC-style and native social content
• Strong storytelling instincts (not just cutting clips)
• Fast turnaround times and high responsiveness
• Ability to take direction and iterate quickly
