The HR Service Delivery Representative will partner with employees and stakeholders to provide information and resolve inquiries across various HR areas while supporting process improvements and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with critical stakeholders such as NA SC HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and functional teams to support employees, provide information, and resolve cases
- Work in a broad network of fellow HR professionals to standardize (where it makes sense), optimize, and support/grow our NA SC HR best practices to drive a differentiated employee experience
- Partner with employees, managers, and centers of excellence to provide recommendations on process improvements and solutions to support employees
- Develop process-related content and training materials for other HR Service Delivery Specialists
- Create knowledge management to support employee direct access to information
- Deepen knowledge of compliance, HR policies, employee programs, and other important resources for employees
- Develop expertise in HR Solutions and Technologies to provide the best experience for employees
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver future phases of our HR solutions and technology
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent
- 1 year of progressive human resource experience
- Previous experience working in solutions like Workday, case management or customer service systems, HR Systems (Workday, People Soft), ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent customer service skills with an ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization
- No immigration sponsorship available
- Ability to work with technology systems and solutions
- Proven employee relations and active listening skills
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions
