Alcott HR is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary point of contact for clients with high volume and/or complex business needs. The HRBP will manage day-to-day Human Resources activities for clients and their worksite employees. They will grow the client relationship by providing consultation, guidance, and problem resolution within the assigned client portfolio. Additionally, the HRBP will contribute to Alcott's process improvement and change management initiatives.

Compensation$65,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate with experience
