Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Human Resources & Talent Operations Intern to support the full lifecycle of our clinician onboarding and compliance processes.
What You Will Do
Assist with screening, scheduling, and interviewing clinicians for 1099 contract roles, create and maintain clinician profiles, coordinate digital onboarding workflows, and track contract status.

Requirements

- Familiarity with HR software, Airtable, Gusto, or Google Workspace tools preferred
- Interest in healthcare, mental health, or mission-driven work strongly encouraged
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional HR standards
