As an Implementation Associate, you will support the onboarding of new clients, coordinating kickoff calls and assisting with project setups while learning the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and executing kickoff calls: Coordinate sales handover. Schedule, prepare for, and execute kickoff calls with new SMB clients. You'll be the one keeping things organized and ensuring clients feel confident from day one
- Track decisions and configurations: Keep a clear record of client decisions, configuration choices, and open items so nothing falls through the cracks
- Support launch day: Be hands-on and ready for feedback on go-live day, help the team monitor activity, resolve issues in real time, and ensure a smooth experience for clients and their employees
- Assist with configuration: Learn the various Stream configurations and help set up the Stream platform for new clients, working closely with Implementation Managers
- Support the team: Wherever the team needs help - whether that's pulling together project status updates, coordinating with internal teams, or jumping on a client call - you're ready to contribute
Skills
- A recent graduate ready to get to work: You've recently finished your degree (or are about to) and you're eager to get started
