We are currently seeking passionate, focused individuals who thrive on helping others and are ready to rock a dedicated weekend schedule.   In this role, variety is the spice of life. You will assist a diverse range of commercial businesses and medical offices across Canada and the United States. There are no outgoing sales calls involved, just pure high quality customer service satisfaction. Because we support critical businesses, please note that working on holidays and statutory days may be required.   Available Shifts (Set Weekend Schedules) We are looking for dedicated "Weekend Warriors" who appreciate the consistency of a set schedule. We have openings for the following shifts (both Saturday and Sunday) Morning/Day: 9:30am-6:30pm Mid-Day: 10:00am-7:00pm Evening: 2:00pm-11:00pm   Your Home Office Requirements Because you will be handling sensitive commercial and medical calls, a professional workspace is essential. This remote position requires your full, undivided attention during your shift. Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet and distraction free home office environment that allows for continuous focus and uninterrupted phone availability. A high-speed, hardwired internet connection (a direct Ethernet cable connection is required- no Wi-Fi).
