About the Role
This is a high-ticket sales and relationship marketing role. You will apply a proven framework built on clear targets, short execution cycles, and structured accountability within a distributed team — to design campaigns, build relationships, and move prospective clients through a consultative sales process.
What You'll Do
• Design and run relationship marketing campaigns to generate client conversations
• Apply a proven framework for consultative, high-ticket sales
• Build relationships with prospective clients and guide them through a strategic sales conversation
• Partner in structured accountability check-ins to maintain execution and momentum
• Track your own progress and adjust your approach in real time
• Maintain consistent, professional communication across digital channels
Who We're Looking For
• Established professional experience + 5 years
• Coachable and open to applying a structured framework with discipline

• Able to articulate clear short- and long-term goals
