What You'll Do as a Remote Customer Service / Technical Support Representative
As a vital member of our customer experience team, you'll play a crucial role in representing some of the world's most innovative brands. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional inbound customer support using our comprehensive call flow guides and troubleshooting procedures
- Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products with precision and efficiency
- Delivering expert customer experiences with empathy, patience, and always with a smile
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in our database systems to ensure accurate records and seamless customer journeys
- Acting as an amazing problem-solver by analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions
- Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables, and more
- Utilizing your familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Android, or comparable operating systems to assist customers

- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge
- Multitasking Abilities: Proficiency in fast-paced multitasking while maintaining accuracy and quality
- Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving product landscapes
- Equipment Requirements: A desktop or laptop that meets our technical specifications for PC and internet testing
- Internet Connection: High-speed internet (wireless/hotspots or satellite connections are not suitable) and a smartphone for communication
- Location: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

- Familiarity with iOS, MacOS, Android, or comparable mobile and desktop operating systems
- Experience with technical support for consumer electronics (smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables)
