We're currently hiring Inbound Customer Service Representatives at our Janesville, WI location. This is a full-time position with a fantastic hybrid work model that gives you the best of both worlds—collaboration in-person and flexibility at home.
Position Overview
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company—literally! You'll handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, working directly with customers to resolve their challenges, answer questions, and provide exceptional service. Your goal? To build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back and ensure they have everything they need to succeed.
This position reports to a Supervisor, Customer Experience and offers an incredible pathway for career growth within our organization. You'll receive comprehensive training, access to cutting-edge tools, and the support you need to excel in your role.
Compensation & Pay Structure

- Starting Pay: $17.25 per hour
- Rapid Growth: Three automatic raises within your first 12 months, bringing your hourly rate to $18.45

Work Schedule & Environment
We know that work-life balance is essential. That's why we've designed a schedule that lets you enjoy your personal time while being fully present during your work hours.
- Shift Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday
- Weekends Off: Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays completely free!
- Hybrid Work Model: After completing our 8-week onsite training academy, you'll enjoy a hybrid arrangement—3 days onsite and 2 days working from home each week
- Flexibility: Your 2 remote days are your choice and can change weekly based on your preference
- Advanced Flexibility: After 6 months, you can participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts and potentially work from home up to 5 days per week
Training & Development

This isn't your typical orientation—it's an immersive experience designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to excel.
During training, you will:
- Learn about our products, services, and customer interaction protocols
- Master our proprietary systems and customer relationship management tools
- Develop problem-solving strategies for common customer scenarios
- Receive coaching from experienced team members and supervisors
- Graduate feeling prepared and empowered to handle any customer situation
We provide all the equipment you need to succeed, including a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard, and accessories. You'll have everything you need to deliver exceptional service from day one!
Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your daily activities will be varied, engaging, and meaningful. Here's what you can expect:
- Customer Relationship Building: Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls with enthusiasm, empathy, and professionalism. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression.
- Problem Resolution: Use all available resources to resolve customer challenges, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. You'll be empowered to make decisions that benefit the customer.
- Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customers receive what they need when they need it.
- Conflict Resolution: Address pricing and invoicing discrepancies with patience and precision. Apply credits and implement return procedures as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales team members daily in a team-based environment. Your success is our collective success.
- Technical Proficiency: Navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously, using a computer for periods of up to 8 hours per day.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Commute Ability: Ability to commute to our facility at 401 S. Wright Road, Janesville, WI 53546
- Home Workspace: A secure, dedicated workspace at home free from distractions and suitable for work activities
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously
- Internet Requirements: Stable internet connection with verified speeds greater than 5 Mbps upload, 15 Mbps download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds
