What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Rental Operations Associate at arenaflex, no two days will be the same. You'll be a multi-tasking champion who balances customer consultations, vehicle preparation, and revenue optimization with ease. Here's what you can expect:
Customer Consultation & Sales Excellence
- Engage with customers professionally to understand their rental needs and recommend optimal vehicle solutions
- Consult with customers on their rental options, providing detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and available add-on services
- Actively identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities by offering products and services that enhance the customer experience
- Overcome customer objections with confidence and creativity, turning challenges into successful conversions
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to world-class service standards
- Process rental transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Vehicle Preparation & Quality Assurance
- Prepare vehicles meticulously for customer pick-up to ensure they meet arenaflex's pristine standards
- Perform thorough vehicle cleaning, both interior and exterior, ensuring a spotless presentation
- Conduct comprehensive damage assessments, documenting any existing issues accurately
- Handle vehicle refueling operations, ensuring proper fuel levels before every rental
- Check and refill all necessary fluids, including engine oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid, and other essential liquids
- Perform pre-routine inspections to verify safety and operational readiness
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle condition and maintenance needs
Logistics & Transportation Support
- Shuttle customers between locations as needed, providing convenient and timely transportation
- Assist with vehicle positioning, moving cars throughout the lot as required
- Support with fleet management tasks including vehicle transfers and inventory coordination
- Ensure the rental facility maintains organized, efficient operations at all times
What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities with a demonstrated sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Physical Capabilities: The ability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), seeing, and reading
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of basic office equipment including computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Customer Focus: A natural tendency to put customers first and deliver service with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
