About the Position
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team! As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting current customers with arenaflex's Accounts Payable Automation Platform, providing top-notch support and troubleshooting services. This role requires a strong background in Accounts Payable, with experience in integrating with accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, and QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services to current customers using arenaflex's Accounts Payable Automation Platform
- Assist customers with simple integration to accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's platform, including its features, functionality, and technical requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of AP processes and procedures
- Experience with integrating accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of cloud-based applications and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a FinTech startup or similar industry
- Knowledge of AI-powered automation solutions and their applications in AP
- Certifications in AP, such as the Certified Accounts Payable Associate (CAPA) or Certified Accounts Payable Manager (CAPM)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
- Fluency in multiple languages, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and customer preferences
