Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through live chat support, providing top-notch service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage platform, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment
- Provide top-notch customer service, resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
- Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
- Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
- Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
- A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
- Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
