The role involves working with multiple SAP business modules, evaluating business processes, developing test scripts, and providing support during testing and post go-live.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes
- Develop test scripts
- Identify and track defects
- Assist in creating and maintaining training materials and provide support to users during testing and post go-live
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 0-2+ years experience
- Prior experience with any SAP business modules
- Work with other resources to troubleshoot issues/failures
- Documentation skills and ability to create training and job aide material
- Complete work on time and within budget
- Provide high-quality support within Service level agreement
