McIvor Marketing LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Project Manager with hands-on experience in automotive digital marketing execution to support high-impact projects for up to 10 dealership clients and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-channel services, including Paid Social, Conquest Email, SEO, SEM and Programmatic advertising, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, co-op compliance, and exceptional client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
• Act as a key point of contact for up to 10 automotive dealership clients, supporting Senior Project Managers in building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and client education on best practices for paid social, search ads, and inventory-based advertising.
• Ensure timely execution of monthly deliverables aligned with client goals, services, and brand objectives.
• Facilitate transparent communication internally and externally to maintain accountability.
Project Planning & Execution
• Support end-to-end campaign execution for digital platforms (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic), including monthly offer launches on client websites and ad platforms.
• Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and optimizations, ensuring alignment with manufacturer co-op requirements for maximum reimbursements.
• Write and collaborate on concise creative briefs (CBs) for ad placements (e.g., social ads, display ads, email campaigns) to guide the creative team.
• Onboard new dealership services (e.g., Meta Business Manager setup, inventory feeds, Google Ads/TikTok integrations).
Team Coordination & Strategy Support
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, designers, execution specialists, and vendors to deliver campaigns seamlessly.
• Contribute strategic input on ad creative, targeting, messaging, and optimizations to drive leads, showroom traffic, and sales.
• Monitor trends in automotive consumer behavior and competitors to support strategy refinements.
Performance & Budget Management
• Track budgets, expenditures, and ad spend using ROI and dealership sales goals.
• Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, Google Ad Insights, and automotive CRMs for performance monitoring.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for clients and teams, highlighting optimization opportunities.
Process & Risk Management
• Identify risks and support contingency plans to keep projects on track.
• Help refine internal processes using tools like Agile for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, co-op rules, and automotive ad regulations.
• Demonstrate strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Experience
• 2-4 years in digital marketing execution or project coordination, with 1+ years focused on automotive or dealership campaigns preferred.
• Hands-on experience executing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok (required), including inventory ads, lead gen, and co-op compliance.
• Familiarity with managing multiple dealership accounts and onboarding services.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Google Ads and Meta certifications required; PMP/Agile a plus.
Skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills to handle multiple projects and simplify strategies for clients.
• Proficiency in project tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Teamwork).
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, social/programmatic ads, analytics, and automotive trends.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven optimizations and reporting.
Technical Proficiencies
• Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM platforms (e.g., DealerCentric, VinSolutions, AutoLeadStar).
