As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the project management team in coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients while gaining exposure to various consulting projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the project management team in coordinating day-to-day project activities across multiple consulting engagements
- Maintain project plans, status reports, budget reports, and risk logs in order to monitor progress against timelines and deliverable milestones
- Assist with tracking project budgets, resource allocations, and resource utilization across projects
- Support communications with internal teams and clients, including scheduling and coordination of meetings and workshops
- Assist with internal operational processes and contribute to improving internal project management templates and tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field
- 1 year of professional or internship experience supporting project coordination or operational activities, with experience maintaining project documentation, tracking tasks, or supporting project delivery activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship
- Familiarity with project planning and management tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Understanding of project delivery frameworks or software development lifecycles
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern workplace technologies
- Basic exposure to tools such as Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, or other Microsoft Power Platform capabilities
- Experience working in technology, consulting, or cross-functional project environments
