Resideo is looking for a dynamic and flexible Key Account Manager OEM Heating - DACH  (m/f/d) to strengthen our market presence across and drive profitable revenue growth with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers in the heating and energy systems market across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland While the role offers flexibility, it is best suited for candidates located in North-West Germany or nearby regions.

This role owns full commercial responsibility for assigned OEM accounts, including revenue, gross margin, pricing strategy, and long‑term business development, while positioning the company as a strategic partner in the transition toward electrification, digitalization, and sustainable heating solutions.

The role combines strategic key account management, technical solution selling, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, share growth, and margin expansion.
