Collaborate with internal structure such as manufacturing, application engineering, other regions’ sales and marketing teams working towards improving operation efficiency, product quality, and driving solutions demand.
This region offers tremendous growth opportunity and an uncapped commission structure. Our Sales Managers are eligible for a company leased car, uncapped commission potential, great health benefits, flexible work hours, and holiday/vacation pay. There are also many growth opportunities at Qualitrol or any of the 20 Operating Companies within Ralliant (our parent company).
You will love working with colleagues who have a genuine desire to innovate and seek out complicated problems. We believe in absolute inclusion and diversity. Qualitrol associates enjoy the autonomy, breadth of responsibility, and creativity that are typical in a medium-sized company, while sharing resources, standard methodologies, and growth opportunities that are found in a Fortune 500 company like Ralliant.
We truly believe that our personal and corporate growth should be in line with the growth and betterment of the industries we serve. As a result, we promote and encourage active participation (and membership) in technical groups such as IEC, the IEEE and Industrial Application Societies.
