1. Role Overview

We—Aniya Holloway (Founder, KultreMedia) and Carson Butler (Co-Founder, The Content Stars)—are seeking a talented Lead-Magnet Resource Designer to support two complementary brands:

  1. KultreMedia (Paid-Ads Niche)

    • As a paid-ads–focused agency, we run high-ROI Facebook, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns for e-commerce businesses, coaches, and service providers.

    • You will take campaign briefs or recorded walkthroughs (e.g., “How to set up a Lookalike Audience,” “YouTube Ads funnel examples”) and convert them into polished Notion-native lead magnets (budget-tracking spreadsheets, campaign checklists, ad-copy swipe files, audience-research worksheets).

    • Plus: Design matching graphics (cover images, infographics, icons) for each lead magnet—styled to reflect KultreMedia’s data-driven, results-oriented brand aesthetic.

  2. The Content Stars (Social Media Marketing for Coaches & Service Providers)

    • We help online coaches and service providers double their revenue in 90 days or less via expert scripting, editing, and consulting. Our organic/social videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, tutorial clips) drive engagement and lead generation.

    • You will convert our video content (scripts or recorded walkthroughs) into Notion-based educational resources (checklists, micro-guides, mini-ebooks) that align with The Content Stars’ “no-fluff, actionable” voice.

    • Plus: Create on-brand graphics (resource covers, simple infographics) so viewers see a seamless brand experience from social post → downloadable asset.

In practice, each week (or every two weeks), Aniya and Carson will send you:

3.1. Paid-Ads Lead Magnets (KultreMedia)

  1. Campaign Deep Dive

    • Review each paid-ads campaign brief or recorded tutorial (Facebook/Google/YouTube ad strategy).

    • Identify 3–5 core takeaways or actionable steps (e.g., “How to structure Lookalike Audiences in 4 clicks,” “Key UTM parameters for Google Ads tracking”).

  2. Research & Ideation

    • Scan relevant industry forums, ad-management communities (e.g., “Facebook Ads Club”), or client feedback to pinpoint common advertiser pain points.

    • Gather supporting data (quotes, stats) that validate the resource (e.g., “Advertisers who test 3 creatives see 20% lower CPM”).

  3. Outline & Notion Build

    • Draft a one-page outline (in Google Docs or Notion) with:

      • Title/Headline (e.g., “KultreMedia: 5-Step YouTube Ads Setup Checklist”)

      • Section Breakdown (Introduction → Steps → Bonus Tips → Next Steps/CTA)

      • Elements: tables for budget tracking, toggle lists for policy notes, fillable worksheets

    • Build the full resource in Notion:

      • Use Notion blocks (tables, callout boxes, toggle lists, embedded screenshots) for an interactive experience.

      • Apply KultreMedia brand guidelines: color palette, font styles, and logo.

      • Configure the page as “View Only” but easily duplicable and exportable as PDF.

  4. Graphic Design

    • Create a cover image (1200×628 px ideal)—branded with KultreMedia’s logo, colors, and resource title.

    • Design any infographics, flowcharts, or charts needed (e.g., “Campaign Funnel Flow,” “ROAS Calculator”) in Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent.

    • Export final graphics as optimized PNG/JPG (web-ready, <200 KB each).

  5. Collaboration & Iteration

    • Sync with Aniya to confirm brand alignment and messaging.

    • Incorporate feedback within 24 hours; revise Notion page or graphics as requested.

    • Deliver final Notion share-link and all graphic files by the weekly deadline (typically Monday for a Wednesday campaign launch).

3.2. Social/Organic Lead Magnets (The Content Stars)

  1. Content Deep Dive

    • Review each script or recorded video clip (Instagram Reel, YouTube Short, tutorial reel) provided by Carson.

    • Identify 3–5 key lessons or tips that can be expanded into a downloadable asset (e.g., “3-Point Instagram Captions Checklist,” “5-Step Funnel Script Template”).

  2. Research & Ideation

    • Browse The Content Stars comments, client feedback, or relevant coach-focused forums to determine what extra value the audience needs (e.g., “Sample hooks for service-provider Reels,” “Email swipe file for webinar follow-ups”).

    • Reference any case studies or stats that reinforce why this resource is valuable (e.g., “Clarity of messaging yields 30% higher engagement”).

  3. Outline & Notion Build

    • Draft a one-page outline (in Google Docs or Notion) with:

      • Title/Headline (e.g., “The Content Stars: 7-Step Ad Copy Swipe File for Coaches”)

      • Section Breakdown (Introduction → Section 1 → Section 2 → … → Bonus Resources → CTA)

      • Elements: checklists, fillable templates, example scripts, embedded Loom links (if needed).

    • Build the full resource in Notion:

      • Use appropriate Notion blocks (callout boxes, toggle lists, tables) so the page is user-friendly.

      • Apply The Content Stars brand guidelines: colors, fonts, and logos.

      • Ensure export-to-PDF functionality for “Downloadable Guide” CTAs.

  4. Graphic Design

    • Design a cover image (1200×628 px) that matches The Content Stars’ vibrant, “double-your-revenue” branding. Include resource title, The Content Stars logo, and a clear CTA.

    • Create any simple infographics or icons (e.g., “Funnel stages,” “Checklist badges”) to embed in the Notion page.

    • Export optimized PNG/JPG assets (<200 KB each) for use in email campaigns, Instagram posts, or landing pages.

  5. Collaboration & Iteration

    • Sync with Carson to confirm tone, brand voice, and visual style.

    • Incorporate feedback within 24 hours; finalize Notion page and graphics by the content-drop deadline (usually Wednesday for weekend promos).
