Lead AI Solutions Engineer

Apply Now ✨

Are you looking for an awesome place to work, where you can proudly be your authentic self, and be part of #oneteam?

We are looking for a passionate team player who aligns with our values and culture, takes pride in their unique contributions, and can challenge the status quo with disruptive thinking. If this sounds like you, come and join us!

The Lead AI Solutions Engineer is a senior technical leadership role responsible for setting and maintaining development and platform standards across the AI & Automation team. The Lead AI Solutions Engineer sets the technical bar that AI Solutions Engineers build to. Splitting time between hands-on technical delivery and platform governance, this role serves as the team’s technical authority, without carrying people management responsibilities.

All engineers in the AI & Automation team report directly to the Head of AI & Automation. The Lead AI Solutions Engineer provides informal technical leadership to peers in the team, owning architecture decisions, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline ownership, and GitLab merge approval. This model is intentional: it keeps a flat team structure while ensuring a clear, senior technical bar is set and maintained across all deliverables.

This role bridges strategic direction from the Head of AI & Automation and the day-to-day development work of AI Solutions Engineers; ensuring every solution meets Vocus’ enterprise standards before it reaches production.
