Role Overview
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on best practices and relevant legislation in mental health care.
• Support clients in navigating community resources and services.
Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington state.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
