Position Overview
We are currently seeking licensed insurance professionals to fill exciting opportunities as Remote Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will field inbound communications from our client's valued members, providing outstanding support and assistance with their insurance needs. This is a non-sales position focused entirely on customer service—there is absolutely no cold calling involved. You'll have the opportunity to use your insurance knowledge to help members with quotes, new business, rating, policy management, billing, payment processing, underwriting inquiries, contract and coverage provisions, and premium changes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our client's members. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Communication Management: Professionally handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, social media, and other communication channels from our client's members regarding their insurance needs. Your goal will be to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses that exceed member expectations.
- Insurance Knowledge Application: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of personal lines insurance to assist members with various needs including obtaining quotes, processing new business applications, understanding rating factors, managing policies, handling billing and payment questions, navigating underwriting requirements, interpreting contract and coverage provisions, and processing premium changes.
- Needs Assessment and Resolution: Begin every interaction by thoroughly understanding the customer's needs. This may involve asking thoughtful clarifying questions to gather additional information. Utilize available resources to conduct research and present members with effective resolutions to their concerns or questions.
- Life Event Support: Understand and recognize members' life events that may impact their insurance needs. Use this understanding to provide relevant information and appropriate recommendations while maintaining a non-sales approach.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Correspond professionally with customers, clients, insurance carriers, and internal sources to provide comprehensive coverage information and appropriate policy recommendations.
- Transaction Execution: Be responsible for the execution of various client service transactions including policy endorsements, certificates of insurance, binders, cancellations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Performance Excellence: Adhere to established performance metrics and quality standards while maintaining high levels of member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Expert Problem Solving: Serve as an expert in recommending excellent solutions to members, drawing upon your insurance knowledge and problem-solving skills to address their unique situations.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Residency Requirement: You must currently reside in the state of Georgia.
- Insurance License: You must hold an active Resident Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License in the state of Georgia.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Call Center Experience: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience is required.
- Education: High School diploma or GED is required.
- Technical Requirements:
- High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi, Satellite, Cellular Hotspot, or Cellular Internet)
- Upload speed of 5 Mbps
- Download speed of 50 Mbps
- Internet service provider must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
- Latency under 100ms
- Equipment: All hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install required 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) software for multifactor authentication on that device.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will strengthen your application:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry beyond the minimum requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Additional insurance licenses or certifications
- Experience with multiple insurance carriers and their systems
- Advanced knowledge of insurance software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
