Job Summary We are seeking Licensed Remote Telesales Agents for a temporary contract opportunity supporting health insurance sales in a call center environment. This role is ideal for motivated, licensed insurance professionals who enjoy consultative selling, helping customers compare health plan options, and guiding individuals toward coverage that fits their needs. In this remote telesales position, you will handle primarily inbound sales calls, with some outbound follow-up to support lead conversion, marketing campaigns, and enrollment completion. You will be part of a structured, performance-driven environment with product training, clear sales expectations, supportive leadership, and a team-focused culture that values professionalism, compliance, customer care, and results. This opportunity is a strong fit for candidates who are goal-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced call center setting, and ready to contribute during a high-volume health insurance enrollment season. Key Responsibilities • Present and explain health insurance product options, including benefits, features, services, processes, and plan alternatives. • Handle qualified inbound calls and outbound follow-up opportunities to generate sales and enroll customers into appropriate health plans. • Build trust with customers, identify buying obstacles, and provide consultative guidance to support informed decision-making. • Cross-sell eligible prospects on additional product offerings based on customer needs and program guidelines. • Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, retention expectations, service levels, and client-driven performance metrics. • Follow compliant sales scripts, document customer interactions, process applications, and resolve customer questions or disputes within established guidelines. Compensation and Benefits • Pay rate: $21 to $23 per hour. • Job type: Contract/Temporary. • Work arrangement: Remote. • Location: Orlando, FL. • Schedule availability required between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm EST. • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Shifts change weekly and are assigned based on business needs. • Candidates cannot select their shift. • No time off can be granted during training or OEP season. • During November, candidates may be asked to work beyond 9:00 pm, though this is not typical. • Benefits not specified.
