Role Overview

This role drives the future of Roehm's PMMA business in the Americas by uncovering new markets, leading strategic growth initiatives, and expanding the reach of ACRYLITE and CYROLITE technologies. You'll shape our market presence, champion customer engagement, and influence next-generation product innovation.

What You Will Do

Lead New Business Development efforts across the Americas, identifying high-value opportunities and driving Roehm's Value Creation Programs for long-term growth. Build strong market presence in targeted segments, engage key OEMs, and perform strategic portfolio and market analysis.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You'll need a Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, 5+ years of experience in business development or technical commercial roles, and proven success in customer-facing roles. You should be able to thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborate across teams, and have strong communication and presentation skills.
