Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager Product Management, Medicare Advantage who will: • Be accountable for Providence Health Plans product development across assigned lines of business, including but not limited to: individual, group, Medicare Advantage and others. Lines of business accountability may change over time and is dependent on business needs • Be responsible for the full product life-cycle management of the product portfolio, inclusive of: market research, competitive analysis, strategic product positioning, product prioritization, portfolio management and product management • Be charged with pushing the product development process leading to innovative products that will be ahead of the competition and drive PHP growth • Seek to define the most effective path to market which may include development and management of strategic partnerships • Facilitate multiple cross functional teams to drive product development decisions and implementation We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States: Washington, Oregon and California Required qualifications for this position include: • Bachelor's Degree in Business or another related field of study • 3+ years experience in product development, taking a product idea through feasibility and implementation phases • Market research and product marketing experience • Experience leading teams of professional level staff • Proven oral presentation experience • Experience with market analysis tools Preferred qualifications for this position include: • Master's Degree in Business or healthcare administration • Coursework / Training: Project Management Training • Medicare Advantage experience • Market research and competitive analysis experience • Product management experience • Experience presenting data and research with credibility in both oral and written forms of communication to achieve best product decisions for the short and long term viability of the plan • Manage the product development process - including market research, competitive analysis, product requirements, and financial analysis to support product feasibility decisions • Maintain expert knowledge of the local and national health insurance market, products and direction • Project management experience Why Join Providence? Pay Range: $46.41 - $76.20 The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
