How You'll Create Impact
Drive the marketing strategy for the Knee & DTS portfolio
Support successful product launches and go-to-market execution
Translate market trends and customer insights into effective marketing initiatives
Identify growth and upselling opportunities that strengthen portfolio performance
Develop and implement promotional activities that enhance product positioning
Partner closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver business objectives
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and hospital professionals
Independently manage complex marketing projects from concept through execution

Your Background
Experience in product marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, medical technology, or a related field
Proven success in supporting or leading new product launches
Experience developing and implementing impactful marketing initiatives
Strong understanding of product strategy and market development
Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects effectively
Fluency in English, French and Dutch is mandatory
Candidates must be based in Belgium
Travel Expectations
Approximately 60% for customer engagements, congresses, market development, global alignment, and strategic reviews.
