Role Summary  We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize B2B campaigns across channels. This role focuses on building campaigns, refining targeting, and driving measurable performance. You will partner closely with the Digital Marketing & ABM Manager and directly impact pipeline growth and brand visibility.  This role suits someone who thrives on precision, data, and continuous optimization—someone who wants to understand what works, why it works, and how to improve it.  Key Responsibilities  Plan, build, and manage B2B paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, third-party platforms)  Develop and optimize audience targeting, ad copy, and creative assets  Execute email campaigns, nurture flows, and newsletters in HubSpot and related channels (such as LinkedIn) Manage the end-to-end production and execution of marketing newsletters, including content coordination, segmentation, deployment, and performance reporting Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily  Manage tracking (attribution), UTMs, and attribution for accurate reporting  Deliver weekly performance insights and recommendations  Partner with RevOps/Marketing Ops on data, CRM alignment, and campaign infrastructure  Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns  Register and manage every campaign through our governance process, including intake, approval workflows, and GTM readiness checks, to ensure consistent execution standards across the team Coordinate with content and web teams on landing pages and CMS updates  Support ABM initiatives, including account targeting and campaign execution  Qualifications  3–5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation  Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and multi-channel campaigns  Strong HubSpot experience (email, workflows, segmentation, lifecycle management)  Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting tools (Power BI or Looker Studio)  Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization  Advanced English (C1+) with strong B2B copywriting skills  Ability to translate strategic messaging into campaign execution  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field  Preferred  Google Ads and LinkedIn certifications  Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, Apollo.io)  CRM experience (HubSpot, MS Dynamics)  Knowledge of GA4 (Google Analytics) or GTM (Go-to-market)  Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio dashboards  Exposure to data privacy or marketing compliance certification (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent) is a plus  What We Offer  100% remote work with global collaboration  Exposure to international teams and Fortune 500 clients  Direct impact on revenue and pipeline growth  Long-term career development opportunities  Collaborative environment balancing strategy and execution
